Our handcrafted Beef Wellington is the ultimate centerpiece for any celebration. Prepared to order using premium beef tenderloin, it’s coated with a rich layer of pâté and duxelles (mushrooms, onions, shallots, garlic, and spices), then wrapped in our flaky, homemade puff pastry.

Delivered vacuum-packed and ready to bake, this Wellington makes entertaining effortless and unforgettable.

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.
Bake for 35–45 minutes depending on desired doneness.
Use a meat thermometer for best results:
- Rare: 52°C (125°F)
- Medium Rare: 57°C (135°F)
- Medium: 63°C (155°F)
- Well Done: 71°C (160°F)
Always insert the thermometer into the center of the tenderloin.
For Medium Rare → remove at 54°C (130°F) and rest for 15 minutes; the internal temperature will rise by 3–4°C.
