Our German braised beef cheeks are a slow-cooked delicacy, prepared for exceptional tenderness and depth of flavor. Braised for four hours in the oven and finished in a rich brown sauce made with our own beef bone broth, the result is melt-in-the-mouth meat with an indulgent collagen richness.

Reheating Guide
Defrost overnight in the refrigerator. Transfer everything (including sauce) from the package into an oven-safe baking dish. Reheat in the oven for 20-30 mins at 150°C (internal temperature above 70°C) and serve. We like to serve this over mashed potatoes or rice.
