Each fillet undergoes a meticulous process: 14-hour salt cure, 24-hour smoke, and 24-hour rest period. Harvested from pristine Nordic Fjord waters and crafted using time-honored smoking methods, the salmon arrives conveniently skinless, vacuum-sealed and pre-sliced.

LeFumoir, founded by Joe Bassili, a master of salmon smoking who apprenticed under the esteemed Masters of the Trade in Scotland, boasts over two decades of experience. With a deep understanding of traditional techniques, Bassili exclusively uses salmon sourced from pristine waters, and manually cures, smokes, and hand slices it.
